Join us for tea with Belle, Mrs. Potts, and other enchanted characters from Disney's Beauty and the Beast! This event for children ages 5 and up will include tea, a take home craft, dancing, and pictures with Belle and her friends. Children are welcome to dress up! The tea party will take place at 21c Library - bring your library card and check out books with Belle afterward! (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)
