In collaboration with Colorado Springs Brass, a program of Village Arts of Colorado Springs, and the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony (CSYS)

Featuring Trumpet Solos by Sean Hennessy and Glen Whitehead

There is a resonance in the air! The eager anticipations of the new ENT Center for the Arts has fostered new collaborations! Renowned Hollywood trumpet recording artist and conductor Tim Morrison directs these regional signature ensembles in a celebration of famous repertoire he’s recorded the past three decades, including Apollo 13, JFK, Amistad, and Born on 4th of July — featuring trumpet artist, UCCS VAPA Music Program Director Glen Whitehead along with Colorado Springs Brass trumpet artist / Film Composer / UCCS and Colorado Springs Conservatory faculty member Sean Hennessy performing the Alexander Arutunian Trumpet Concerto with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony.
